Aboitiz Scholarship 2024 is now open to apply for all eligible college students in the Philippines. Recently, the Aboitiz Foundation announced the opening of its college scholarship program for the school year 2024-2025.

Aboitiz College Scholarship 2024

The Aboitiz Foundation is the corporate social responsibility arm of the Aboitiz Group of companies. This Foundation is responsible for the introduction and implementation of Aboitiz College Scholarship program.

Since its inception in 2000, Aboitiz Foundation has granted scholarships to over a thousand students. Now, the Aboitiz Foundation is calling in applications from all interested college students to apply for this scholarship program for the school year 2024-2025.

  • Monthly Allowance
  • Academic Excellence Incentive
  • Latin honors Incentive
  • Board Review Subsidy
  • Internship Opportunities
  • Non-monetary benefits

Eligibility for Scholarship

To be eligible to apply for Aboitiz College Scholarship, a candidate must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • The applicant must be a full-time incoming freshman of an eligible college or university
  • He / She must must pursue a degree identified by the Aboitiz Foundation
  • Must have a GPA / GWA of at least 88% with no failing and incomplete grade
  • The candidate must not have record of any form of disciplinary action, and
  • Must complete the Online Application and submit the complete requirements on time

Following is the list of STEM-related courses covered under this scholarship program:

  • Data Science
  • Engineering
  • IT and Technology

  • Ateneo De Manila University
  • De La Salle University
  • Mapua University
  • University of the Philippines – Diliman
  • University of the Philippines – Los Banos
  • University of Sto. Tomas

Documentary Requirements

The list of documents required to apply for Aboitiz College Scholarship are as follows:

  • A certified true copy of the applicant’s most recent grade available upon the opening of the application process
  • Certifications supporting extracurricular activities.

Scholarship Timeline

Application Timeline

  • The Online Application for Aboitiz Scholarship will open on May 6, 2024.
  • The deadline date to apply for Aboitiz College Scholarship is June 30, 2024.

Results and Interviews

  • Announcement of Shortlisted candidates will take place on July 17, 2024.
  • Interview and Personality testing of shortlisted applicants will take place from July 22-26 (4th week).

Announcement of Scholars

The announcement of New Scholars will take place on August 1, 2024.
